This is the finished work of the Fruit Seller, as it is my first real attempt it's not too bad. Now I can get on with the Hurricanes.

Take off

This is an addition to my hobby/obsession,drawing! I will be posting examples of my work mainly to keep a record of  it and hopefully to sell some examples. I work in graphite, pastel,water based and oils. I have been drawing since I was three years old and that was eighty years ago and during that time I have been passionate about aviation, so most of my pictures will contain an aeroplane but I will be adding some landscape and figurative examples. With the take off established here are the first examples of work. The F86 Sabre is in oil and shows the aeroplane I worked on in my RAF days. The flying boat is of Imperial Airways S23 Corsair.

Hope you like. The Hurricanes over the hop oasts is my on going work. The finished work will change quite a bit you will see.

ThiRight, a new tack, this time it is an ongoing with pastel pencil. Now I have tried this medium before but this is the first really serious use and I must say I like its is the finished work of the Fruit Seller, as it is my first real attempt it's not too bad. Now I can get on with the Hurricanes.
